Winnings
- Prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, R-Live reserves the right to request any Player to provide required information such as proof of personal identification (i.e. Passport), front and back copy of debit card, recent bank statement or other appropriate documentation as R-Live, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. Should the Player fail to comply with any security request, R-Live reserves the right to void any winnings from the Player’s account.
- Winnings will be automatically added to the respective Player’s account, as deemed appropriate. These updates of the Players’ accounts are not “proof of win” and/or may refer to funds that have been transferred (debited) from the Player’s account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, R-Live reserves the right to void certain winnings and to take appropriate action against any Player’s account accordingly. Withdrawals of money from the Player’s account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.
- All bank charges that R-Live incurs arising in connection with any of your betting transactions shall be reimbursed by the Player. R-Live is entitled to deduct and offset the foregoing from the winnings payable to the Player or from the Player’s account as the case may be.
- If the Player has self-excluded, we will use reasonable efforts to return any balance remaining in the Player’s account."
