General Terms and Conditions
- By registering and agreeing to use of the Services covered by this Terms stated hereafter the official site of R-Live, you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age, of legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement with us as outlined in the following terms. If you do not wish to accept the terms specified herein, you must neither register nor open an account and you will be unable to access the Software and the Services offered in conjunction therewith.
- All product information, registration on the Website and use of any Services offered by R-Live are subject to these Terms.
- R-Live reserves the right to amend and/or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication in the Terms section of the R-Live Website. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, on a regular basis. Continued use of any Services of the Website after a change or update has been made to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of said change or update. Any bets placed prior to the time of amendment and/or modification will be subjected to the pre-existing Terms and Conditions. Any bets placed after the time of amendment and/or modification will be subject to the changed Terms and Conditions. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate the use of the Service.
- These Terms are final and exclusive agreement between the User and R-Live. These Terms supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the User and R-Live. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these Terms.
- In case of any contradiction between a provision of this Terms and any provision on the Website, the provisions as stated in this Terms shall prevail.
- We reserve the right to request any User to furnish us with a proof of identity and age before the User is allowed to participate in or utilize any of R-Live's products and services."
