Settlement of Transactions and Refund Policy
- R-Live reserves the right to close the User's Member Account and to refund to the User the "Available Balance”, subject to the deduction of any relevant withdrawal charges, at R-Live’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
- You are fully responsible for paying any and all debts that you incur to us or our associated parties. You agree that you will intentionally cancel, reject, or revoke any bet, and you will pay us any and all losses caused by such cancellation, rejection, or revocation by you.
- In respect of any payment made by you, you agree that you will not make or procure the making of any chargebacks and/or deny or reverse any such payment, and that you will reimburse R-Live for any chargebacks, denials, or reversal of payments as well as any and all losses suffered, and expenses incurred by R-Live as a consequence thereof. R-Live may, at our sole and absolute discretion, cease to provide services or payment to certain users or to users paying with certain credit or debit cards.
- All your winnings will be credited to your account. R-Live shall not in any way be liable or responsible to you for any funds or winnings credited to an account in error, and we reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at a time or retrospectively. Should funds be credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to inform R-Live immediately."
