R-Live holds customer funds separate from its company funds. This means that steps have been taken by us to protect customer funds, by ensuring they are ring fenced and not mixed with funds in any other company accounts we hold. In the event of our insolvency, customer funds within those reserve accounts are protected and will not fall into the hands of the liquidator.
