Acceptance and Validation of Wagering
- All bets made on the Website are subject to the relevant Games rules applicable to each event or game, or to these Terms.
- R-Live will not be held liable for any typing or human error in posting odds than those intended. In the event that this occurs, R-Live reserve the right to void any affected bets (wagers).
- Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, R-Live reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
- Only bets made through the approved means and in compliance with these Terms shall be accepted. Any other form of bets (whether by post, e-mail, fax or otherwise) shall be deemed invalid and, where received, will be void regardless of the outcome. Bets are only valid if the username and password have been correctly entered with enough available funds in the Player’s account and has received confirmation from us that the bet has been received. The bet will be deemed valid when a confirmation message appears on the screen.
- The Player is responsible and liable for all activities and transactions that take place through the use of his or her name, account number, username, or password or any combination thereof regardless of whether such transactions were authorized by the Player.
- The Player is solely responsible for ensuring that the details of his or her bets are correct. Once bets have been placed, they are considered final and confirmed. They may not be canceled, revoked, or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the bets that the Player has placed."
- All bets are logged and recorded in R-Live’s transaction log database are conclusive evidence of all transactions and time stamped at which the transactions are placed.
- All bets will be deemed valid and accepted by R-Live when confirmation is displayed in the Player’s transaction history statement.
- You acknowledge and accept that all prices and odds are subject to variation and only become fixed at the time a bet is placed.
- The decision of R-Live is final in respect of any bet and the associated transactions therewith.
- You fully accept and agree that WAP internet connection may not be absolutely stable. The company is not responsible for any misplaced bets. All bets placed will be based on the bet records in our system. If you are unsure about any of the bets that you have placed, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service, or check your record on your account statement.
